EFS Home & Garden Show Prezzy Card Draw: Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter and promotion
The promoter is Essential Financial Solutions Limited (Essential Financial Solutions, FSP635869), 31 Empire St, Cambridge ("EFS", "we", "us").
The promotion is the EFS Prezzy card draw ("the Draw"), run in connection with the Waikato Home & Garden Show held 1 to 4 October 2026 ("the Show").
By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Draw is open to people aged 18 or over who completed an entry form at the EFS stand during the Show.
Employees and contractors of EFS, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
EFS may ask the winner for proof of age and identity before awarding the prize.
3. How to enter
Each person who completed an entry form at the EFS stand during the Show receives one entry in the Draw. Only one entry form per person counts.
Entrants who book and complete a review with Racquel or Ray of EFS before the Draw takes place on Friday 13 November 2026 receive 5 additional entries.
A review is complete once the review meeting has taken place. A booked meeting that has not yet happened, or that is cancelled, does not earn additional entries.
Each entrant can earn a maximum of 5 additional entries, giving a maximum of 6 entries per person.
No purchase is necessary. Additional entries do not depend on buying, switching or taking out any financial product, or on acting on any advice given.
4. The prize
There is one prize: a $500.00 Prezzy card.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Prezzy card is subject to its issuer's terms and conditions, including any expiry date.
5. The draw
The Draw will take place at 3pm on Friday 13 November 2026.
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
Reviews must be completed before the Draw takes place to count towards additional entries.
6. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by email and phone, using the details they gave on their entry form.
If the winner does not respond within 3 working days of EFS first attempting contact, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn.
Any redrawn winner will be contacted the same way, and the same 3 working day period applies.
EFS will only publish the winner's name with their consent.
7. Privacy
EFS collects entrants' personal information to run the Draw, contact entrants about it and, where entrants have consented, send them information about EFS services.
Personal information is held by EFS and handled in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and the EFS privacy policy.
Entrants can ask to access or correct their personal information, or opt out of marketing at any time, by contacting admin@efsnz.co.nz.
8. General
EFS's decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final.
EFS may change, suspend or cancel the Draw if circumstances outside its reasonable control require it. Any change will be published at efsnz.co.nz/prezzy-card-draw--handg-show.
EFS is not liable for any loss arising from the prize or its use, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Entering the Draw does not create an adviser and client relationship. Any financial advice is provided only under a separate engagement with EFS.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
